Me and Murray the Muppet
Hi All:
So a few months back I was able to fulfill a life long dream of mine....being on Sesame Street. I did a segment with Murray the Muppet. I taught him how to ride a bike! It was a wonderful experience and it has already aired several times. I am so pleased to knock this off my list...but hope there are many more shows to come. Reading Rainbow I am look at you!

Ages since my last post
Hello All:
Well I went on blog silence for the past year but now I am back. I am pleased to announce that a project I worked on over a year ago has made it to the big time. Well for us Shakespeare fans it's the Big Big time. The NYC Sonnet project has made it to the Globe Theatre in England. That's right folks its part of their free education content on their GlobePlayer. TV.
I am in sonnet 152
The whole project is getting a bunch of buzz and I could not be happier for all of my fellow actors, directors and the crew that made this project come to light.

Sonnets used by teachers!
Hi All:
I know it has been ages since I have checked back in but life has been crazy lately. I just heard from our fearless leader that our project was being used as a teaching tool. See blurb from Ross below. This is truly a great project so I hope you all get a chance to check it out.
I found out a couple of days ago that the Sonnet Project is being used as an educational tool in at least three schools across the globe (one HS in India!). Pretty awesome, huh?
If you know of any educators who may be using it similarly, or who may want to work with us to develop the educational side of the project, please send them my way. Best is email: ross@ShakespeareExchang.org

The Chips Are Down
I wanted to announce that I will be collaborating on bringing the screen play The Chips Are Down to the stage. I am so excited to be working with an extremely talented director and group of actors. I love the art of collaboration and look forward to discovering, playing and analyzing text with a group of creative people. I will keep you all posted on our progress.

The Cherry Orchard at The Mint Theatre
I am so excited to be a part of Noel & Company's reading of The Cherry Orchard this Monday September 23rd @ 7pm. We will be playing to a sold out crowd and I am so exited to be tackling a new challenge--- doing a German Accent for my role as Charlotta. If you have a moment please take the time to check out this company and all the wonderful things they have done to date.
Hope you are part of that sold out crowd on Monday.
